Frequently asked questions
Does my phone work abroad?
Yes — as long as you are travelling within the EU, you can make calls and use data just like at home. The UK and Norway are also included under the EU scheme. The amount of data available abroad depends on your plan.
Why is my data not working?
This is typically because your monthly data allowance has been used up. On the Telia network, you can send a text with the word "forbrug" to 81111 to see your current usage. If you still have data left and it is not working — call 70 22 15 14, and we will help you.
